The story
From a cassette drive
to production servers.
1980s
Schneider CPC 464
My first computer. A few lines of BASIC, programs loaded from cassette tape. That was the end of my coding career for a few decades.
The business years
Builder of companies
Founded and grew several companies. The most recent one ended in a $320M exit. I learned to spot opportunities, shape products and hire the people who could build them.
Now
Builder of products
With AI as a pair programmer, I write the code myself: databases, auth, payments, deploys and monitoring. Several products are in production.
I used to describe what I wanted and wait for a team to build it. Now I build it myself.
